Printing/Extrusion Issues

I have had these artifacts/extrusion on some of my prints. I have recalibrated and changed nozzles but still getting them. Any ideas what my next troubleshooting step should be?

That looks like it might be under-extrusion. Have you tried limiting the volumetric flow in the filament config? By default it’s usually around 20-22 for Bambu PLA. However, as a quick fix, you could try to slow it down to 12.

Here’s an example of one that I did on a smooth plate yesterday. What you’re seeing is the plate interface. The right hand side was at the default 21 mm³/s and the left was at 13 mm³/s. You can see it produced a huge difference.

That setting is for the entire print but it’s a quick experiment that will prove or eliminate that as the cause. If you really want to get more granular You can go into the speed settings and then slow down the volumetric flow based on layer type but that’s obviously more time consuming so try the filament limit first.

Can you show us the orientation or was printed, as it may help with the diagnosis.
As Olias pointed out, the speed can make a big difference to the quality. You can also slice the model and go through the headings and check all the print characteristics. You can check the speed and flow in comparison to your model, which may give you an idea what caused the problem. As you make changes to the speed, go back and check the difference.
