Hey there. I’m getting a strange failure on every print that I make lately. It seems to be related to the heating of the nozzle with this error message that is attached. But when I try to go to view Solutions there is nothing listed. Does anyone have any idea on what this is and how I can solve this?
You can buy new complete hotends, I’d start there first.
Check/redo the thermal paste of the thermocouple, check the thermocouple wires and connector seating.
Takes a bit longer than a hotend swap, but is cheaper.
If neither of that works, it may be a case for a new TH board.
Try to unplug then plug again the nozzle connections. They might be loose.
I have the same problem. However, I updated to the latest firmware before printing. Afterward, there were problems with the nozzle temperature, which could no longer be reached. I hadn’t had this problem before. I suspect the firmware.
With the nozzle seemingly bent, your best option is probably to salvage the fan and replace the hotend.
If it wasn’t bent, I would have advised to dissassemble, clean and install a new thermistor and heater.
