Hi guys
I’m using a upgraded p1p with vision enclosure, aux fan, hardened gear and nozzle.
I’m haven issues when I’m printing coasters with a simple logo on, facing down when printing.
When I print one in the middle there is no problem, but when I’m printing 4 at a time it goes wrong. The print gets destroyed by the nozzle and last time it knocked off the front cover off the printer head. The 3mf file is generated using makerWorld makerlab.
I’m using Bambu pla matte filament on a textured pei plate. The plate is clean. Standard 0.20 mm standard settings in Bambu studio
Printed 2872 hours. The printer is calibrated
What can my problem be?
