Hi Bambu Lab Community. I was playing with the slicer with a revolted object. On the first print the surface was soft. After some experiences with the slicer parameters it started to printing like a mirror-ball. Any suggestions how to readjust the parameters to return to the soft surface printing?
Speed up the outer wall. One way of doing it.
Thank you StreetSports. I“m going to try it.
By default the " Arc fitting" parameter is activated?
Oh Im so sorry. I should have looked closer at the photos. I dont know how to fix this one. Sorry. I think the only time ive seen similar is when I transfered a model from fusion and selected a low resolution.(low number of triangles.)
Have you tried using the system preset instead of a custom profile?
" Arc fitting in 3D printing converts arcs in a 3D model into curves. This is done to reduce vibration and improve print quality, especially at high printing speeds."
I think the problem is connected with the āArc fittingā parameter. Please check this youtube video from Syns https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PdyQnj55EI
Thank you Streetsports. I“ve tried to set presets again but I did many adjustments I have to start from scratch with a completely new file.
It might be the file, can you share that?
