Printing petg

can somebody tell me what is going wrong here

the little dots below ar the design, but not the lines there
also the lines in the top are not that great.

but if you see the support that is perfect

i did a nozzle clean
also i dried the filament before use, and is fairly new.

and i printed this with the top als last layer.

the lines on the bottom are not a problem but still strange.

It’s hard to conceptualize your goal without looking at the model as it sat in your slicer’s window. It’s impossible to understand what my have gone wrong without knowing the goal and most importantly, how the model was positioned in the slicer and where the supports were anchored. Please post a screengrab of both the prepare and preview window. Also, your pictures look fine. If you could annotate them with the specific areas you are not satisfied with, it might help to understand what specific areas you want assistance.

Try flow rate 0.90 or 90%

In my experience, for PETG you want to

  • print slow, some PETG filaments require under 100mm/s
  • underextrude, like 0.92 or 0.90, sometime go extreme at 0.84 does help.
  • clean nozzle frequently, nozzle wiper mod is somewhat helpful here, ideally wipe every layer with prime tower to build up correct nozzle pressure.

Anyway, I don’t have experience with BBL PETG.
