I know it has literally been a year since this was posted. I am new to the Bambu community and need some advice if you have any. I am using an X2D with AMS2 Pro. PLA is loaded in the AMS, PVA loaded in the Aux for the 2nd nozzle. I am having issues getting the 1st layer to adhere to the bed. It is the textured PEI plate that came with the printer. I have mirrored your settings and it is not helping.
Adhesion problems are most often caused by contaminants such as oils from your hands. Let’s start with how are you cleaning your bed? If you haven’t cleaned your bed before, here is the wiki article explaining both the importance of it and the best approach.

Agree w/ cleaning plate thoroughly, especially if youve not done it before.
PVA is one of the most aggressively moisture sensitive filaments out there, so make sure your roll is dry and your Flow Dynamics from the Aux nozzle is tested + set. It’ll make it print cleaner and less likely to get snagged and pulled up.
The 1st layer adhesion is not the issue anymore, as I got decent results slowing the support speed to 25mm/s and using Bed Weld adhesive. It is now subsequent layers that are not printing well and will cause the print to fail if I let them go…
Can you upload some pictures of this the layers that a causing a problem? Also the .3mf file is helpful.
I made a few other settings changes, lets see what happens. If it is still an issue I will upload the 3mf file and pictures.
Ok, so none of my changes were good… Here are the pictures and .3mf. Before the print, I had cleaned the plate and re-applied the “Bed Glue”. The PVA is being actively dried in a powered box at 85C.
That is a pretty ambitious part to print. It’s not going to be easy and the spring tabs are probably going to be an issue with PLA.
What brand of PVA and PLA are you using? I might mention there is also a wik for printing with PVA that might help.
I can print with PLA/PETG combo but the supports are a pain to remove. I am using Overture high speed PLA and Gizmo Dorks PVA. I looked through the WIKI and there is where I got most of my settings from.
