Printing problems I can't figure out

Hi there, a small problem I just had.

FYI, the plate you can see on the picture has been printed vertically, it was not a first layer issue.

What do you think it could be? I don’t have that on the other side of the plate so to me, it could be because of the spool: it’s a refill and I haven’t used the best spool for that refill to be honest, I had to tighten the spool a bit so I guess my question is: If the spool is a bit hard for the AMS to load from, can it make this kind of failure?
Or it could be because of the printer (I am going to make the maintenance tomorrow to be sure)?

Here is the file as it appears in BambuStudio. I printed the file 3 times on the same plate, and the 3 prints show the same kind of issue, in the same area but not exactly the same.

I am also printing the same file, 3 times the same model as well, but on the A1 with another color, and I don’t have the issue.

It looks like the printer didn’t have enough filament to extrude but not sure…but I wonder why I don’t have the same issue on other sides of the print. I printed this file before and I had no issue what so ever. I changed some parameters like using Giroid infill instead of rectilinear, and wall generator arachne instead of the classic one. Again, same parameters for the A1 and no issue.

After the maintenance tomorrow, I intend to try to reprint them with rectilinear infill and classic wall generator but I wanted to have your expert point of view before

Can I have your thought guys please?
