I received my X1C yesterday and was delighted to set everything up. When I tried to print the onbaord Benchy (with the included green BambuLab filament) I was disappointed, because it wouldn’t stick to the cold plate (covered with glue) after several attempts. The extruded filament didn’t end up in the poopchute either, but on the print bed…
I then created a new code on my own with the BambuSlicer and printed them again (for this I took the other side of the plate and set the print bed temperature to 60°C). The other settings were the standard settings for 0.2mm layer height.
The print adhered reasonably well, however the first layer does not look good, also the print stopped 2 minutes before the end because the Benchy was pushed off the print bed…
Do you have any ideas which settings etc. I should adjust or check again?
I am using the cool plate with standard temperature (35°C) and glue stick without any problems for 800 hours. It’s still the first sheet on the plate and the first glue stick I use.
This may be a stupid question but did you run the calibration after unpacking your printer and before using it. Also did you update the firmware. I got mine 10 days ago and my benchy printer great after doing the aforementioned. Printed on the cold plate using glue.
