Hi,
I’m trying to print with bambu marble pla on an A1 printer with a 0.4 head hardened. But I get something disgusting. Even on the first coat. I’ve tried changing the temperature, speeds, calibration and flow tests, and even on a different type of plate. I’ve also restarted the tray test. I still get a disgusting result.
Finally, the problem seems to come from the head. By installing a non-hardened head, printing went off without a hitch.
Have you tried doing a cold pull procedure on your existing nozzle? I use my hardened nozzle with the same filament all the time. I can see a partially clogged nozzle not having issues with regular pla, but the marble with the small bits not feeding as well. I’ve been surprised more than once doing a cold procedure on a nozzle that I thought was completely free. And then finding all sorts of little bits coming out
