OK, So I know that BB makes a TPU product (with the rfid tag) that prints ok on the X1C AMS.
So I made a mistake, and while looking at some other filament on Amazon, I noticed that OVERTURE TPUI was supposed to be compatible with the X1C, thinking that meant it would work with the AMS. NOPE
Long story short, it isn’t. Now, I will need to take the AMS apart in order to get this SUPER SOFT filament out of the tubes.
So now, I will order the proper filament (at a higher cost plus shipping) from BBL.
Do you have a link showing the suggestion it would work with the AMS?
Only TPU for AMS by Bambu Lab is approved to work.
There are hacks to get TPU95A working on the AMS, although it isn’t recommended.
TPU for AMS Is harder than TPU95A, BL says it is 68D, being harder it is suitable for the AMS.
The H2D has a suitable inputs for 95A TPU.
With the other printers, the external spool is the correct location for TPU95A.
If you venture to the new 85A or 90A TPUs, you need to directly feed those into the print head.

The advantage of using TPU for AMS is you can mix different colours together in the same model. They make excellent coasters as a very simple example. This is part of the reason for the cost.
I have the Overture HF TPU95A, it is a higher print speed version design to melt faster. I use it from the external spools on my A1 mini and many P1S printers.
I have the 85A & 90A from BL, those are tricky, particularly the 85A (I think I know where I went wrong in my first test).
