Prints over extruding in back left area of printer - but only one one job

Thanks for your thoughts! I actually think you’re on the right track with your assumption. I had a closer look at the pictures I took during the print and that seems to confirm your theory about warping. [IMG_1354] You can see that the model pretty much sticks to the plate. The thin shadow below the edge comes from a 1mm radius rounding so that’s ok. But look at the uneven gap between the plate cutout and the heat bed. Looks like it lifts the plate from the bed. Looki…

Looking at the second picture it looks like there is a warp of the lower right edge:

If the model bends upwards due to warping it gets closer to the printhead and that will look exactly like it does on your print. There’s too little space between the print and the hotend and it will look like massive overextrusion. At my case it even lifted the plate from the magnetic bed. Depending on the material you use you might have to play with temperatures and cooling to get warping under control or reduce strength of the model.
