This is a sky-line I printed. Some of the buildings are missing their tops, and the ground is not solid with its own gaps. Is this changeable? Or is it not conducive for supports?

Do you have a link to the model?
At first this looks like the model has way to much tiny details. Every detail that’s thinner than line width will get lost
Here it is. It asked if I want to simplify. I did not on the first run.
just drop the file into the reply box , the forum accepts 3mf or should - you don’t need a file sharing site.
Also that seems to be on a raft?! looks weird - lax asking for the model was right, we can import and figure this out

Bad model on my end. Won’t ever print properly details are already washed out on the 3mf export.

Where did you find this model originally? Did you make it yourself? If yes something went wrong on the export maybe?
EDIT: if it is this guys on thingiverse I checked his uploads seem to be mottled and fuzzy as well sadly =(
