I’m not able to connect to the camera on my A1 from Studio or the Handy app. All was working fine and then all the sudden I can’t connect from either. I still have access to printer controls, I just can’t get the video feed. Any ideas?

I have had this same issue before, power cycling the printer fixed it.

Try going to settings and clearing the cache for bambu handy.

I have the same issue. I was able to send the print file to the printer but I can’t turn on the camera. I have tried power cycling the printer, my phone, my router and still can’t get it to connect.
i could not connect to camera through the app if i was at home on wifi. i figured out the printer was on my 2.4 ghz but my phone uses the 5ghz. if i just use cell service it will connect. just a thought.

My problem resolved itself. I had done a few power cycles and I didn’t see it resolve initially but maybe one of those took care of it. It’s been working fine ever since.
Just fyi reference - it’s lore now that if handy can’t connect, turn wifi off on your phone or use your phone’s hot spot if using a tablet to get another route to your printer using the phone network. Somehow that fixes the no video issue.
I’ve seen it also mentioned that updates to handy can break the video again but doing a handy connect using the phone’s data network fixes it again.
May have left some details out and I can’t explain it but it has been working for me.
