Problem sending print file to printer

Hi, I have a probelm sending the sliced file from my computer to the printer (Bambu lab X1 Carbon). I use Bambu studio. In Bambu studio I can see the video feed from the printer and I can see the temperature in real time, so i do not think this has something to do with the connection. If I send the file, or print direcly, the progress bar stops at 30 % or 70%. i get the error message:
“Error code: -4020
Error desc: failed to upload the printfile. please check the network status and try agian.
extra info: [ftp code] -28
[reson] : time out was reached: SSL connection timeout”

Since I can se the video strem and temperature from the printer I do not think it is the connection that is the problem. If I send the file over and over agian it finaly works even though the software says it faild to send the file.

Can some one help me this this?
Other than this i my printer works perfectly.
Thanks.

Try a different SD Card. If the card is going bad, it can’t write.

Is there a setting on the PC side that is interfering with your file transfers (eg firewall settings)?

OK, I was thinking it might be the SD card. I have try two differen cards. But I will buy a fresh one.

Fire wall: Maybe, I have not checked but since other information seems to go through i do not think this is the case. But i will check. If I can…

Thanks for the input.

I bought a new SD card. but i got the same issue. but i have realised that if I wait longer the printer recives the file after some time but the Bambu studio says that it timed out.

Please try exporting your project as STL. Then start a new project (!) and import the previously exported STL again.

Then make all your settings as usual and try to print.

Probiere mal bitte dein Projekt als STL zu exportieren. Dann ein neues Projekt (!) anfangen und das zuvor exportierte STL wieder importieren.

Dann wie gewohnt deine ganzen Einstellungen machen und versuchen zu drucken.

What is the WiFi strength on the printer?

A timeout usually means a slow connection, massive file or a combination of the two.

I have always exported the files as STL. I usualy create a new project and I have imported several file this way over a couple of days in this way and the transfer to the printer does not work properly.

wifi streangth? I do not think so. The printer is right by the modem and the computer is less than 4 m from the modem and the printer.

Thanks for taking the time and helping me.

If i look at the device tab in Bambu studio. The previous project seem to be active. It shows: Layer 40/40 -8 m and a play and a stop button. This does not show the current project. It shows the preveously printed object. I do not seem to be able to clear this.
