Problem with colored dots and additional seam on AMS prints

When printing full plate of multicolored prints my figruines have black dots and something that would like miscolored additional seam:

I have A1 Mini with AMS lite, I am using SUNLU PLA+ filaments
For slicer settings I use slightly modifed “0.12mm High Quality” profile
The important change that could be useful is that I have turned off Z-hop by setting Z Hop when retract to 0 (Which is related to my previous problem with quality of prints which is described in other post: Z Banding/wobble problems )

One possible cause might be slight overextrusion so the hot nozzle picks up the excess material which then sticks to the print and leave those blobs.
