Problem with firmmware 01.06.01.00

We updated the printer with the new firmware on Monday and since then it prints spaghetti :frowning:
Nothing has been changed except the firmware

Is it because of the update? If so, how can I reload an old version of the firmware?

thanks for helping hands

Hi Adrian. It was bad luck, as mine, until now, seems to be working well.
At least I didn’t get any spaghetti.
You can downgrade to the previous versions through the Handy app if it is the firmware.

If it still fails, I suggest opening a BL technical support ticket. Meanwhile, to improve the chance of getting help, can you share a video from the slicing to the printing, so users can try to notice any other issues? You will also need it for customer support. I hope that doesn’t reach that point.

Hi Adrian,

use the new Bambu Studio Version. 1.7.3. It resolve all my Printproblems from Version 1.7.2.

I think it is not a Firmware issue.

I have already made an update to the latest version before  Thanks for the tip anyway

You should do a full recalibration of the printer and give it at least one power cycle when updating FW. The latest set of changes modify the way filament is handled, so you also need to recalibrate for your filaments.

thanks to all
the problem could be "solved
I have restored the old firmware / boot / new FW / boot and so far works fine.

What is simply a problem, without that I increase the retraction of the filaments I always have spaghetti. however, I can set that in the software.
However, if I start a gcode file for example to calibrate - spaghetti … too bad that you can not store this anywhere permanently
