I keep having problems with the first layer. I’ve tried the soft fever calibrations, with and without flow calibration. Tried the textured pei plate and it doesn’t want to stick at all. Used bambu and a few other glue sticks. Fwiw, it prints great after the first layer. I’m assuming it’s a bed adhesion deal?
Hatchbox PLA FWIW.
Also fwiw, it only seams to happen in the center of tree supports.
I’d probably reduce the speed of the first layer, especially first layer infill, since that is where the failures occur.
If you have already calibrated the flow with OrcaSlicer, there is no reason to have the flow calibration box checked when starting the print. Un-check it, save some time and filament.
I tried slowing that down and it didnt help. Also tried with and without the flow calibration
I print the first layer always with 50mm/s.
Try to play with the Temp. for the first layer. You cant set a diff. Temp. for the first layer in the filament settings (Orca - dont know if BL Studio has the same option)
I tried raising the temp to 50, but it still did it. Fwiw, it seems to only to do it in an area where it makes a lot of smalll, close together movements.
