Problem with layer time? Unable to print a box :(

There’s this really nice upload (Gift Box w/ 120 Screws) and I can’t print it on my new X1C. I have already adjusted Order of walls but without any improvement. Calibration is also done. It always breaks in the same layer (layer time is >800s)

It’s o currently only 12 degrees in my “printer” room, but I printed completely closed and deactivated AUX. This only brought a minimal improvement. There are two other users on reddit who have exactly the same problem with this print.

can someone help?

Can you post what type of filament and your settings also are you preheating your chaimber.

extrudr PLA NX2

Looks like layer delamination to me. Have you tried upping the nozzle temperature? Often Bambu printers need to print hotter than what the filament recommends.

Yes layer delamination because of the long layer times. I just tested less speed. What temperature do you recommend?

What is your reasoning for attributing “longer layer times” to part delamination/splitting? This doesn’t happen much when printing in PLA. Add nozzle heat till you start stringing/oozing and then back it off. What is your chamber temperature reading while you are printing?

Because the layers fit the result very well. See screen. It’s about 25 degrees in the chamber.

im having a weird problem where my printer is leaving little clumps on the printbed not attached the print just clumps, first layer scan does not see this but after that the rest of the print is usably fine

I have now printed the temperature tower and from a purely visual point of view I think 210 is best (so far I printed 225, but it’s pretty shiny)

I was able to solve the problem with the layer delamination. To do this I made the following changes:

outer / inner wall speed from 200mm/s to 100mm/s
bridging from speed 50mm/s to 200mm/s (layer time is significantly shorter)
plate temp change to 50 °C
filament temp change to 230 °C
print infill first true

Unfortunately, the interface of the pages now looks worse. Does anyone have an idea?

Have you tried the same changes except outer walls first?

no, good idea! I’m testing it!

This is a new issue that I am seeing. I am getting a line in my printed boxes right at the inner top surface layer. Did you solve your issue? I have been trialing different speeds and tries changing to Outer / inner but nothing so far has gotten rid of the line.
