Problem with printing. Clog?

Hi All,

Yesterday i printed the left item on the photo without problems. Today I printed the right item with the same PLA and same settings (100% infill). After a few layers the print is very ugly. What is going wrong? There is no nozzle clog because if i print a new item the first layers are good. I increased the nozzle temp and slow down the printer, but that won’t help.

The good item was printed with some more parts at the same time. The right item is printed without other items. If I print it again i got the same results. The first layers are good, the rest bad.

Change some settings:

3 wall loops (was 4)
outerwall 60 mm/s
infill 30%

Now the print succeed.

I would suggest to perform a flow rate calibration of the filament.
It could be underextrusion.
Reason:
You mentioned that the left one was the same setting but additional pieces on the print plate. those few pieces may already helped to melt enough material for a successful print.
The right one with 100% was constantly printing. And as such, it even exceeded the wait time per layer for cooling.
The only part that would speak against it that you increased the temp without success - but depending on your settings it may didn’t push the limit for flow rate enough.

Edit: another reason could be that the wait time per layer was to low and there was still not enough cooling time per layer for the filament to properly cool down for layer adhesion.
