Ich habe meinen X1C heute geliefert bekommen und beim Aufbau ist mir aufgefallen, dass das AMS nicht richtig auf den 4 Gummimatten sitzt, weil in der Mitte von der AMS-Unterseite eine Beule ist.
I just got my X1C delivered today and the AMS does not sit right on the printer because there is a bump in the middle. You can see the issure in the picture.
i already wrote a ticket to the support. Did someone have same experience with this problem?

In the picture, it looks like the glass is not sitting down all the way. When i got my printer it was kind of hard to get it to sit flush on top of the printer. When i fixed it, the printer asked for a new full calibration before the next print job.
I know this doesnt answer your bump questions but I was just observing another possible issue.

Thank you for your answer, but the glass is definitely sitting all the way down. I think you can see this better on this picture.
I want to wait for the answer from Support before i start to print something.

got an brand new x1 carbon combo last week. noticed this too. any news or response regarding this issue?

You should open the AMS and check if the PTFE-Tube is stucking in the wrong place(bottom housing) . Just corect the position a little and it may be fixed.
PS: i wrote the Support and got a New bottom housing after 1 week.
i will have a look on that later and contact the support. thank you!
