I come from a printer where I always used Cura as slicer and recently exclusively with tree support.
On Bambu Studio it didnt manage to make proper support for the hollow area underneath the part, as seen on the picture.
Is this normal?
I’ve seen similar - looks to be due to a bug in the slicer. Use “Tree Strong”, make sure that “On build plate only” and “Support critical regions only” are unchecked, and set max bridge length to 0. That combination seems to take care of the issue.

Cool. I will try. Thank you!
I am curious what the supported Surface finishes are like. I have had all kinds of issues with tree supported surfaces being terrible - with sagging, swirling spaghetti and lines that are not adhered to each other. To the point where is usually better to let the printer bridge openly. Very different than my experience with Cura tree supports. Traditional supports are no where near as bad, but harder to remove cleanly.
