Issue started with the very first time I used the Aux Extruder and HT. I sent a Ticket to Bambu and they had me check some things. I’ve checked the right nozzle cutter - even replaced the cutter even though it looked pristine. Removed, disassembled the aux extruder and found nothing. Bambu sent me another aux extruder. Same results. Filament will load but hangs unloading. The Aux extruder makes a horrible noise and I have to stop it with the X2D control panel. To get the filament out, I push as much slack as I can from the HT, remove the ptfe tube from the right buffer, grab the filament, press the release on the Aux Extruder and I can pull the filament back at that point.
No issues with the left buffer and my AMS. I’m not sure how the buffer actually works but could it be hung there? Is the buffer defective? I’ve responded back to Bambu so hopefully they will respond in the next couple days but I was hoping I could maybe get some answers here - especially on how the buffer works and could it be defective since this issue happens everytime (even the first time) I use the HT.
