Problems with axes, and it does not respond to the signals that I send

Hello, good afternoon, for two weeks I have had a Bambu Lab X1-Carbon + AMS. Since I bought it I had no problems but yesterday I turned on the printer and now I have several problems with it :frowning:
I already sent a ticket to Bambu Lab technical support and I’m waiting for them to answer me, but in the meantime I would like to know someone’s opinion in case something similar happens to them.

  • First of all the x, y, z axes, it only moves at first when I select Home (when I turn on the printer) and then it doesn’t move anymore, I set it to move and nothing.

  • The nozzle when I put it to heat, figure that it heats about 20 degrees but after the second it appears at 0, the same happens with the bed, neither of them heats.

  • The printer does not carry out any self-test or calibration, when I select any of the two options, it seems that the g-code is about to start but it always stays at 0% and does not advance and the printer does not make any movement, I stop the test and he doesn’t respond, he stays frozen. The same thing happens when I want to unload the filament.

  • And another problem is that the AMS does not recognize me, sometimes it seems that it recognizes it but the second it disappears.

  • When the printer starts, is it normal for the bambulab logo to turn on and then turn off abruptly? I ask this because I don’t remember if I did that normally, I only remember that the Bambu Lab logo would light up.

Unplug and plug the type C cable that connects to the hotend and it’s ok, I checked the back board and it was ok. I checked the fuse in case it was blown and no, it’s like it doesn’t respond to the signals I send it.
