I broke the connector of the small circuit board marked DC2247 and have been going round and round I have provided pictures to shown them what I need and they keep F ING it up has anyone had to order this board before and have any info

I have become concerned with customer service provided by Bambu Lab after they closed my case without any other reply after I submitted the logs and video requested in the previous response from them. That shouldn’t have happened. There was nothing improper or unsavory about my submissions. What other recourse do we have?
