So I’ve had the P1P for a week now and my print quality is way worse than my previous Ender 3 Pro. I have tried multiple filaments and the problem still is there. The most significant problems lie in the final layer. Also, my prints are starting to warp… Is there anything I can do either in the slicer settings or anything else to fix this?

I’d guess right off the bat you are printing too fast which would cause quality problems and shrinkage/warp. Start off by slowing things down big time and go from there.
calibrate the flowrate for each filament material for over/underextrusion
