Problems with the a1 mini

I bought the A1-Mini a few days ago.
I’m a noob in 3D printing.
The first three prints turned out great.
I also followed the instructions when unpacking.
but with the same filament (sunlu pla+) and the same settings (bambu pla basic) only ■■■■ comes out.

the first three prints → everything is great

and this is coming out now.

if someone can help that would be great.

Use the generic pla profile.

Could you print again for example the Benchy with the same conditions? (same PLA, profiles…)

How do you take care of your build plate, do you wash it, clean it with something ?
