Product support for Filament orders?

I ordered 8 rolls of filament, and when they showed up, i had four rolls of White PETG basic, vice the four different colors i had originally ordered. I remember seeing that the cart didnt show the different colors as i put them in the cart; instead, it just updated the order number. I thought that was wierd… but i have see that before. and when i get the order finalized, it would normally show all the colors of various filaments i ordered. Now that I want to return the extra boxes, and exchange them for the original colors i wanted, I am not getting any response to the ticket i opened on Friday, today is Tuesday. any suggestions?

Be prepared to wait, its typical for a week to go by and more frustration than its worth sometimes. There is no shortcuts to the support chain, I suggest keeping the facts clear and ask for what you require.

I’ve had dealings with the store before and it took 3 tickets and a big language barrier (I don’t know how much this is played upon to deter people). I was successful in the end but you pick your battles :slight_smile:

It took a bit, but they finally made good on the replacement filaments.
