That’s it. I’m proposing that all CGI and renders be removed. Not “OK as long as you have one real image”, entirely gone. That solves all of the AI slop problems too for free. As a bonus, the uploader is highly motivated to tune for good looking prints they can use in their photos.
Makerworld, what exactly is your objective? If it is “trick the user into trying to print this”, then allow renders/AI and remove the requirement for one real image. If it is “the user is satisfied with the print” then remove the renders/AI, they don’t provide any useful information.

I agree completely, but I think this topic has been discussed to death. There are already quite a few active threads on the subject and still active. Bambu doesn’t change anything anyway. I agree with you, but I’m bored, too - so I’ll pass.

i agree, lots of talk and never likely to amount to anything,
I person buys their first 3D printer, they look through Makerworld and see all the pretty images and find something to print and they are so happy when the get their first print they don’t even notice it isn’t like the image they looked at, they printed it and they are holding it in their hand, they are excited, and Bambu Lab makes money!
i know because I was that person once, but then one day my 7yr old nephew pointed out some things wrong with a figurine I gave him, so I went back and looked at the cover image and it was different than the print,.
