i decided to rebuild my switchwire to gift to my nephews. Seems the default profiles are a bit off, these were the settings that gave me great results for voron print settings
speed:
bridge speed 50mm/s → 10mm/s
cooling with 65C chamber
filament:
- cooling overhang threshold 25% → 10%
- fan speed for overhangs 80% → 100%
- pre start fan time from 0s → 2s
make sure you let the plate cool to < 60C before removing prints for zero warping, mainly just need all the plastic to be below ABS softening temps to avoid post removal warping.
tested with bambu black ABS and eSUN red ABS+
