We’ve noticed an increase in fake websites and Facebook ads impersonating Bambu Lab. These scams trick users into paying for products they won’t receive, often through look-alike domains or fake discounts.
Please stay alert:
- Our official sales website is: store.bambulab.com (Our trusted resellers: bambulab.com/dealer)
- Watch out for unfamiliar domains or unusual spellings (e.g. bamboolab.com, blmake.pro)
- Be wary of extreme discounts or “clearance” deals you didn’t see on our official pages
While it’s impossible to fully eliminate these scams, we’ve been taking action over the past few months through legal measures and collaboration with platforms like Meta.
A big thank you to Maker’s Muse for highlighting this matter and offering actionable suggestions in his video.

I know it is an obvious question but…
Is Bambu actively going after these fake sites and their creators?
Am asking as quite a few companies seem to think it is enough to report the offending sites to DNS providers and the law.
While the offending website might eventually disappear, those behind it usually get away unharmed and with the stolen money.
Bambulub is clearly a fake website trying to steal money for everyone but I doubt it will be the last one.
There is just too many of these scams to see an end any time soon.

Yes, our team has been actively working against these scam sites in the last few months, but it can take some time until they are removed.

I’ve seen a ton of fake Bambu ads on Facebook and Instagram driving to fake Bambu sites. Ramped up hard about a week before the anniversary sale. I report them when I see them. Which is every time I go to either of those sites/apps.
Facebook has more incentive to accept ads blindly than it has to screen them. One of those activities makes it money and the other costs it money.

Before ordering always check the following things:
- check the “real” domain. In modern browsers it is highlighted, e.g. “bambulab.com”
- check the real possibilities to pay. Often there are a lot of options, but finally only credit card or pre-pay is possible.
- check if the “trust seals” are real by verifing them on the official trust seal webpage
- check if you can find legal terms and legal notice and if this could be real
For German users there is a website which you can use to check if it is a fake shop or not: Fakeshop-Finder
