It seems the PTFE tube grinds down on the cable chain and even on the glass cover plate (not easy to take a picture of unfortunately).
Is this to be expected?
The PTFE tube will in time wear, either externally by rubbing against things or internally when using abrasive filaments. It’s good to monitor while performing machine maintenance and replace when necessary.
