Pull out filament on spool holder error

I have a Bambu A1. I am getting a pull out filament on spool holder error. Here are the steps i have taken so far:

  1. I took apart the spool hub and there was nothing in it.
  2. Did a manual pull and a cold pull. There seem to be no blockages,.
  3. Changed to a different extruder just in case.

It is like the printer thinks there is something still in there but i do not see a thing, Like i said above when doing a manual pull the filament comes right through. Thanks for your help.

When you say you changed to a different extruder, do you mean hotend/nozzle? Or did you actually disassemble most of the tool head?

The extruder is the part with all the gears, and is often where things get stuck when it comes to that type of message.
