Or are you just ignoring the fact that they are understaffed (which they have communicated), have thousands over thousands of other tickets to reply to from the recent recall and recently were unavailable due to a national holiday?

They are not ignoring you. You just aren’t first in line, like many others that wait for a reply in a system that most likely gets worked on chronologically. Yes it sucks having to wait but you can’t just claim things that aren’t true.

And I am frankly tired of companies who make a bad product, ignore it, and then launch 2 or 3 new ones, without first addressing their current issue

its a fair question to ask of Bambu if their broken effort to be the next Thingiverse/Printables/Thangs/Cults/etc is taking away from the recall and other support

There’s a reason why engineers typically aren’t responsible to do the taxes in a company. They have different teams responsible for different tasks.

Considering the responses I got from fanboys when trying to figure out what was wrong with this machine, given the lack of communication from support, I will be. We were considering adding several other bambu machines into our workshop, but I’ll go elsewhere.

theme is not the same thing as Design, the theme is unlimited the design still has to be a card that is a tool.
