not sure if this makes any sense but i recently replaced my original .4 nozzle with a hardened one cuz i want to try cf filaments. I NEVER had an isssue with the old nozzle with filament sticking to it or getting stuck to the edge of the poop shoot. I find now when i do multiple color prints in pla im getting fillament stuck at the edge of the poop shoot and it even leaks onto the build plate? Now was it the update that messed everything up? ir the nozzle cuz i did both around the same time?
In your purge shoot there should be a tiny little bit of nonstick tape on the build plate side of the purge shoot if that is missing that could be a problem some users report that this piece of tape can fall off you could fix this by getting a little piece of Teflon tape and apply it on the bedside of your purge shoot i can add an image of what it should look like soon
