I don’t know what is causing these issues but I have cleaned my extruder and made sure there are no clogs in the hotend or the AMS. After cleaning and proper maintenance, this issue still happens. I am at a loss. from the video a slight clicking can be heard when the filament is being pulled back and when it purges it does a little spurt and then goes back to printing. I have tried to load filament from orca slicer, bambu studio and the printer itself, all have these issues. I have even factory reset the printer to no avail. Disregard the thermal sock not on the nozzle, it broke when I had a blob of death. The purge volume if fine but the actual poop part is the issue. In the video you can see it only does a small little spurt and then continues to print. Normally the poops take a few seconds and build up a little bit. In the first picture of the poop chute you can see the little strands Below is the video for what it is doing
Did you check the flushing volumes ?
You can recalculate them or change the multiplier.
Maybe something is stuffed up in those flushing settings ?
Just asking as I see a big white poop, a small red one as well.
My flushing volumes are fine. The big ones there are from previous prints. The blue and yellow are from the most recent prints
