PVA Support filament stuck in AMS

My ESUN PVA support filament was stuck in my AMS, what could be the reason for this? Photo: where is was stuck and photo: how the filament looked like after pulling it back.(I dried it for 24 hours)

2. Avoid using AMS to print flexible materials, including TPU, TPE, or absorbent PVA, as they may get stuck inside the AMS feed tube during printing.

Thank you for your setup! Did you specially dry the “Helios Support Form Futura” beforehand or do you permanently use the filament from the AMS?
