The current process requires a user to click at the ‘Confirm’ button after entering the verification code during the 2-step login process.
Allow users to hit the return key to confirm will be more convenient since their hands are already on the keyboard. A even more convenient solution is for the system to check the verification code after the last digit has been entered and if it’s correct, let the user in without requiring further confirmation.
I call for some fresh attention on this quality of life improvement request.
On some other systems that require a verfification code, once the code has been entered (all required digits are filled), the system automatically verifies, and if the code is correct, lets the user in, without requiring the user to move the mouse to and click at a “Confirm” button.
I have had several instances in which I had to enter a new code because between the time I finished entering the code and moved the mouse to the “Confirm” button, the code had changed and the system gave out a ‘code incorrect’ message.
