Ive been having nice prints, printing with pla and asa, and all of a sudden on this one particular model, the corners look like ■■■■. Printing with polymaker pla pro and sliced with bambu studio using the polylite profile. Any suggestions? Overextruding, overheating, speeds?
Quick note, prior to loading this pla for this print i did a number of ASA prints. Would using the same nozzle for PLA i just used for ASA cause an issue?
Couple of thoughts. Did this happen after a firmware or Bambu Studio upgrade - if so, check what changed, or downgrade (if possible), or try printing a gcode file from when it was OK, if you have one.
Did you run flow calibration on the filament - that looks a lot like what you see towards the top of the Orca Slicer’s Pressure Advance calibration tower. If so, possibly the calibration went wrong.
Sorry: missed your last comment! Make sure the nozzle isn’t clogged - the rest of the surface looks a bit under-extruded, too.
