Quick Firmware 1.05 Question / P1S ANC

Hi All,

I updated my P1S to firmware 1.05. All went fine. I remember reading that you needed to turn the active noise cancellation (ANC) on in Bambu Studio, but I don’t see an option to do that. The Wiki is silent on the question. Is that correct, or is the ANC automatically on after the update?

I think you need a beta of BS too? Not sure though.

As it is the same as on the X1C it is on by default but you have to run the calibration from the printers calibration menu.

Thanks! I see it now in the Bambu Studio calibration menu.

Do a full calibration. After that it will be on.

To get the P1P to use the P1S profile you must also go into the P1 screen and under “Accessories” confirm that you have installed the P1S upgrade kit, this will allow you to use the P1S profile in Bambu Studio.

I downloaded a timelapse video straight into Bambu Studio and this also work fine. Just takes long to download, the 57,893 KB file took around 3 minutes to download from the SD card to my hard drive.

Also remember to restart your printer and Bambu Studio once you have completed the firmware upgrade to make the magic happen.
