Radio silence for tickets?

Put in a ticket four days ago about a filament feeding issue between the AMS and extruder. Haven’t heard a single thing from support, is anyone else experiencing the lack of communication?

what is your issue?
I can’t load filament through the AMS since the printer keeps telling me it is not able to pull out the old filament.
Surprise, there is no old filament in it, I can manually load filament and print without the AMS, so it is not jammed.

I would recommend double-checking the AMS hub (and buffer spring). See here for some tips. AMS keeps loading and unloading | Bambu Lab Wiki

Make sure there isn’t any filament stuck in the hub/buffer.

You may need to (See Wiki Video) disassemble the AMS to get a filament fragment out of the internal PTFE tubes. It’s a pretty simple fix.

… Also, you may need to log into the Bambu website to check the status of your ticket.
