So I am having a weird issues. At times some random prints have these super weak layers that go across the whole print. I have included what settings I have set globally for quality and strength and an image of this weakness in my most recent print. Any help would REALLY be appreciative. I have yet to have this happen on a large print, but I would like to fix it before this happens.
Adding on that I have made 3 other successful prints of this same exact file before

Do the weak layers align with the upper layer of the other printed object? From your picture, I would guess so.
If that is the case, those problems can happen due to the different layer times. For the most consistent parts, try printing them as per object. That way you do not have these massively different layer times, when the printer finishes the top layer of one object.
Christian’s suggestion has a high likelihood of being the problem you are running in to. When printing, its ideal to keep the previous layer of plastic very warm so it bonds with the next layer. But when you have so many items being printed at different speeds, its not uncommon for some of the layers to over cool and lose that full bonding and replace it with a simple surface bond.
Using the per object printing option will help if this is the issue. You can also just limit how many objects you put on the plate.
Another thing to confirm is not happening is, printing in different filaments on the same plate. Filaments like PETG and PLA are not compatible and if you start printing in one and move to the other, the incompatible filament will ruin layer adhesion and cause weak layers too.
So I removed the rounded part that was using support and that seemed to fix it. With out that one in there there was no weakness in the following prints. Thanks all!
