There seems to me that there’s a fundamental error with bambu’s rating system. The developer is getting penalised for a users choice, or error. If the print fails on the first attempt bambu penalises the Devs .
In a lot cases, I’ve done this myself many times. ive realised i have a dirty build plate, installed the wrong colour, using the wrong build plate. Those are just a few things that make me cancel a print on first attempt, and they are all my fault as the user.
You have users openly accept they are at fault, but then the Dev is to blame by getting a max 3 star rating. This happens a lot.
How is this system fair?

So in the times where you can only rate it 3 stars you can just not rate it, there is no requirement to rate a print, especially not on a failed one, i guess the logic is that occasional user errors will not end up being that important if its a popular model as the average will still trend upwards, i’ve had a few people rate it low complaining there was an issue and then never respond to follow up questions, i just suck it up and take the 1 bad rating, my models tend to get enough positive ratings to counter the occasional bad one

its the same for me, its just annoying when they have stated that they want to give 5* but are forced to give 3 because they chose to end the print early.
Yet people are allowed to hand out boosts without even downloading the file.
There’s a solution that many users may not be aware of. After canceling a print (for any reason), you do not reprint (from history) but leave, go to the model page and initialize the print again. Then you can give a 5 star rating. Been there, done that 
But as I said, most people don’t know about it.
