Just designed this simple rear cam mount for the 5MP Raspberry Pi Camera Board.
I need to create some clips to tidy up the cable but it works.

Interesting use for those holes. I’d have made the part wider to cover the larger holes as well.
Nice, I’m mounting my whole Pi on the back with the wide angle camera looking in at pretty much that exact spot.
My previous design for the M5 Timer Cam covered the whole area, but I decided to just use the inner holes for this design.
The M5 ESP32 framerate and image quality is just not good enough, hence the switch to the PI cam.
Am also designing a mount for PI Zero & Cam to go in same place.
Interesting location. What does the footage look like?
It quite good, except of course when the print head is parked at the rear.
Cool, can you post an example? The RPi Foundation just released new cameras that are MUCH better quality and can autofocus. I was thinking of using them on my X1C to provide better timelapse and overview footage. The built-in cam is not that great.
