Received a discount code by Email, won't work!

I received a €10 discount code for purchases > €90, which I had in my shopping basket; I copied and pasted the code ( ZHAREFHMKYMA), but it was refused, got this message back, several times,

Enter a valid discount code or gift card

so what to do now? Surely, if I place the order, I am not getting a credit when I complain about this, but what is the best next step?

Double check that this is not an expired code or not a used one. Also make sure you are spending more than 90 euros.

I received this code yesterday, Tuesday 8/19 @ Date Di 16:49. and my order total is , see quote:

Enter a valid discount code or gift card

Subtotal €102.88

Shipping €0.00

Grand total EUR€102.88

Including €17.84 in taxes

Net Payment EUR€102.88

so that should be in order…

Try adding enough that it’s €90 before taxes. I don’t think taxes count towards the minimum order.

Also THAT is not the problem, because the value of €90 is INCL. taxes, is states this explicitly in the ‘rules’ in the mail:

· Valid on purchases of €90 or more (including tax).
> · Works for Bambu filaments, materials, accessories, spare parts and Maker’s Supply.

Please contact our customer support, as they will be able to provide more detail about what might be the requirements to use it.

It might not stack with other discounted products. But they will be the ones who can provide you with the most accurate info.

I have done that, and though the chat the problem was identified and corrected; order completed with the extra 10 discount. Thanks Helena, that was one of my best chat experiences!
