Thanks guys for the input. Now I understand why a return label wasn’t provided.
I’m not loosing sleep over this, its just a printer and Bambulab did the right thing by taking responsibility for the error. I just have to wait a little longer to be able to enjoy my new toy.
Hopefully Bambulab will make one more “mistake” and send me the X1 Carbon with the AMS included ![]()
Starting to get annoyed with BL, the printer has been returned, it was delivered Monday April 03.
Emailed BL for and update on Wednesday, I was told it was pending update from logistics team and I would get an update within 24 hours. Today is Friday and nothing.
I feel my order is now added to the general queue and I will have to wait a few weeks for the my unit.
Starting to think about canceling this order all together…
I think the send back before we ship the correct one stinks personally. They should have sent the correct printer and sorted out the return of the other one. You should never have to fund a return for their mistake. Customer service is letting down the Bambu lab brand. They have a good product but when people are left with a sour taste it does harm.
Well I receive the printer with a defective carbon rod and their technicians think I’m stupid or so telling me to clean the rod wich it was the first thing I did . And no it’s not dirt . But they don’t want to service me the machine or even send me a new carbon rod……
Update.
received the correct print second time around.
let me say, this thing is amazing, very impressed with the features, speed and print quality. if you own this printer you will never go back to any other.
enjoying my Bambulab X1C
happy printing.
@GC1969 glad to hear that things finally got straightened out. I guess it took nearly a month, but I’m glad it all worked out in the end. ![]()
