Unfortunately I am still waiting for my pictures and the ticket to be processed.
Today is the 19th day. It’s getting annoying.
Same here, replaced and send photos 14 days ago… no discount code no response from bambulab support.
Sent my photos in well over a week ago but have not heard a thing from Bambu Labs
I have yet to receive a bed replacement, or even a response to 2 tickets on this in weeks.
and you should spend it quickly, much more quickly than the 3 month time limit, cos many a few colours I wanted have gone out of stock…
got my voucher yesterday $192 AUD, spent yesterday.
Still waiting on my voucher; I sent photos in over 2 weeks ago.
from what I have read so far, seems to be taking a little over 2 weeks after sending pics. (anecdotal)
I finished my repair on 5/3/24. I sent the pictures in and closed out the repair. I’ve asked repeatedly and it appears they are just going to stiff me. I got a response from them last weekend and they assured me it would be two business days. It’s been four.
I did finally get my code. It took exactly a month from the time I submitted the photos. It came along with an apology for how long it took. All I can say is just be patient, it will come.
I also felt I was going to be stiffed by Bambu. In fact the morning I received the discount code, I was determined to get to the bottom of what the problem was. But darn it, as soon as I got up and checked my email, there it was.
Received an email on 5/12 stating that I’d get an email within 2 business days to receive an email with my discount code but still waiting 15 days later. I’ve sent emails to sales and support and updated the ticket with no response from BL. Heck, I was planning on using it for a Carbon but not sure I’m getting another printer from Bambu. Hopefully I’ll get the discount soon so I can at least get some filament.
ok someone time this, I just sent my photos. lets see how long it takes for them to respond, that is, if I put the images in the right area… we were supposed to send it to add it to the support ticket right?
I just took the advice of checking my spam folder, it was there. put
sales@mail.bambulab.com into your search in mail bar and click check all folders to find it possibly.
