Anyone else having this issue? Shared up a referral code, was claimed (locks it), but hasn’t been used after 3 days. Bambu doesn’t offer away to revoke it and limits creation of the 2nd code. @BambuLab can you allow issuers to revoke the codes if not used? Or at least allow us to issue the 2nd code at the same time? I’ve got others who want one and I can’t issue it.
They do expire after 7 days after they claim it. I sent one and it was used right away, but the second one I sent is in purgatory like yours. Im not sure what happens after it expires… if they give it back to you or if its gone forever.
Yeah… 7 days doesn’t cut it for me.
Im going to warn people from now on, that I will only give them the code once they are ready to make the purchase.

Just found this in FAQ. Looks like if they dont use the code, you can not issue any new ones. I hope they will use the second one I sent.

seems very odd way of doing it. the locking it. or least having buffer of 10.
They initially said you can only issue 2 referrals but they might increase it later. So I dont know the current status of that.
Someone asked me for a referral, I sent but then he didn’t use it.
Then someone else asked for another and I sent him the first, that worked.
So if you can “reuse” the link if it has not been redeemed yet.
I think the issue is that people can “claim” it, and once done, it’s locked for 7 days. Others can’t use it, and we can’t generate another until it is either used or expires. That’s what the FAQ suggests as well.

Just so I understand, are we not able to send out multiple codes?
So if I send a friend a referral code I can’t send another friend a referral code until the first one buys a printer? Are we not able to generate more than one code at a time?
It looks like the number of codes one can generate is limited to 2.
So this is interesting. 13+ days in and the first code I issued (still claimed and unused) is blocking me from issuing another. Thought they expired after 7 days.
I’m having the same issue. One code claimed, but unused, is blocking a second code from being created.
It doesn’t look like the claimed codes do become free after 7 days, someone asked me for one on the 27th August, which I gave them, they claimed it, but didn’t make a purchase.
Checked today, still just shows claimed.
It’s good we get the options for these incentives (and good for BL if we can get them more sales), but the implementation needs a bit more thought.
Once the referral code is claimed but not used, you’re stuck; you won’t be able to share the same link with other people or create another code.
On the first day, this rule wasn’t clear to me. I thought that after 7 days of being claimed (without being used), another person could claim it, but that’s not the case.
Update: I created a support ticket. BL realizes its not working right and say changes coming in tomorrow (we’ll see). So suggest creating a ticket if you are having this issue. They say they will clear my first unused code. That said, jury is still out until I see it.

Looks like they fixed it, mine just got released after (way more than) 7 days.
If you have referal code for EU, please share. Im buying P1S as soon as I have the invitation.
