I want to do some small things with Studio recently, as it is very convenient to operate. However, when I created a new model, I found that its Z-axis position was not 0, which caused difficulties for me to further modify it in the future. How can the Z-axis position of the established model be set to 0?
It uses the CAD model reference system for positions.
Essentially the position is the centre of the stack of parts or objects it is a member of.
If you added a cube with a size of 20mm, the z position would be 10mm and not 0mm.
Yes, it confuses me as well. I would like an option allowing the user to choose between 0-based or cad bases for the z-axis.
Thank you, I finally understand the reason.I hope the function you mentioned come soon.
