Credit to pwnjuice who posted this awhile back, but I thought I’d sum up their long thread and make a short and concise post here.
If your machine/AMS is throwing an overload error and you are either printing small parts near the front/front left of your machine or just one extremely large part that also goes to the very front of your build platform, the likely cause is your PTFE tube is to short and getting pinched right where it comes out of the filament buffer at the back. Take the factory tube out and cut a new piece that’s ~1/2" longer and it should improve if not eliminate your problem. They also added a small zip tie holder as well to give the tube a more gradual exit out of the buffer as well.
