Would be great to either have the printer remember the last speed setting you used from the previous print.
Failing this, it would be good to be able to choose the speed of a print before the print has started rather than having to remember to change it once the print has started.
(also, the way the speed icon has 100% on it before you click, regardless of what speed you’ve chosen is very confusing)
Your print profiles are right there in Bambu Studio, you can make customised ones that you use often and know are reliable.
Does it remember the generic 50% ‘slow’ speed set on the printer side? (Sorry I’m pretty new to all this)
The presets in Bambu Studio where you set the model up are customisable in speeds over the whole model print, if you want to adapt so it automatically changes speeds on a section it gets a little more involved (editing the model with “modifiers” in Bambu Studio Prepare tab).
Personally I’d fall back to your standard settings if you’re starting out, as you’ll get better results. The speed buttons on the dash are best used if you want to change something on the go.
oh - its makes sense now you put it like that. Ive not really fiddled with the individual speed settings yet and just used the overall speed setting only (lately sticking to 50% to try and fix and issues)
